How to change brakes

So i'm getting ready to replace the rotors and pads on my 04 WJ and I've been scouring the forum & web for tips and came across this video. There is also a fairly extensive write up that follows the video. I don't think it's perfect as it doesn't give torque recommendations or anything, but it does have some nice visual instructions.

It's from www.2carpros.com

The Grand Cherokee brakes are a little different than the ones in the video but this is great for someone who has never worked on brakes before.
