High Pinion D30 question

Just wondering if the Grand Cheorkees came with a high pinion D30 up front and figured I'd ask the experts in the ZJ/WJ forum.

I found a 1997 Grand Cheorkee front axle for cheap in my area and am wondering if its high pinion or not.

I have a 2004 Wrangler and am looking to upgrade the low pinion D30 I have up front. I'm looking to put in an ARB in it as well. I know the gears are reverse cut so I'll have to get new ones.

yea you wont be able to swap over the gears. depending on your ratio you may be able to find an hp30 match.
