Nice. I'm glad someone finally decided to do a retrofit writeup. I've seen the trs kit before but was unsure of the process.

TJ-
95 ZJ 5.2- D30/XJ shafts/D35 Yukon alloys,249, 2"BB, 30x9.5"Wildcat EXT,lots of motor mods, rancho shocks & stabilizer.

ok so im looking to do this retrofit. what exactly do i need to buy? the xenons themselves obviously, the new projector housing, but what else? also does the new projector housing slide into the headlight spot or is there mod involved? what size is the headlight?

I don't know what you're asking here. this is instruction on how to mod a zj headlight housing and lists all parts involved.

'97 zj 5.2, some stuff, some other suff, and some things that even work sometimes.

I am currently needing new housing as some of the tabs on them are broken, so i found these and may get them after the first of the year.

again, those housings are complete junk.

Seriously, a bunch of people here tried them when the company come on here hocking them. Total trash, just get Kolak's headlight upgrade for nearly the same price.

Thank you RM. That conversion looks good, especially compared to the other couple I read through. Yours looks great, the others look like hack jobs.

There's never time to do it right, but there's always time to do it over.

X2 will be doing this very soon along with fat boy 2 bulbs. Loved them in my tj!

I don't like HIDs nor ZJ projector lights. I will be looking into Kolaks system too.

5.9 ZJ bone stock.

If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.
