help - WJ headlight aiming

99 WJ Laredo - the headlights are aimed way too low and I can't seem to adjust them upwards. Right now the low beams are shining down at the road maybe 10 ft in front of the bumper.
I tried the adjustment screws. They were both extremely difficult to turn and feel like they are at their limit (yes, I'm going up, not down). They don't seem to have much of a range of adjustment anyway. Is there any other way to adjust them?
I'm driving with the high beams on all the time just so I can see. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Not the greatest quality.
Best bet is to save them to ur hdd and then try and read them full size.

hmm, I'm going to have to try this as my headlights are aimmed crazy super low, almost to where I feel unsafe driving.

Does anyone know how to adjust the stock foglights, I mean there aimmed so low its useless, I can't really even see the light from the drivers seat
