Help for an outsider

I would like to buy a jeep, but I don't have too much money. However, I found a Grand Cherokee from 1994 at a price that I could afford, and I wanted to ask you guys if it's worth - I mean, if a car from 1994 would still do the job. Can anyone tell me from experience ?
Thanks

I'm going to need a little more info.

1. Mileage
2. 2 or 4 wd
3. Wrecked
4. package or model
5. stock or lifted
6. I6 or V8
7. Service record

these are the types of questions you need to research.

yep, here they are:
1. Mileage: 135 000 km (that being about 84500 miles)
2. 4X4 I guess ... don't know for sure. I will ask.
3. The guy sais it's all ok, no scratch, that it had some bumpers fixed and that he can prove with receipt from Christler service. However, he mentioned something about missing freon on the AC.
4. JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED V8 - made in 1994, 5210 ccm engine. that's all I know.
5. don't know. can this be seen with the nacked eye, on a pic ?
6. V8
7. He only said something about some suspension problems that he fixed.
In adition, it has a GPL installation.
Now, what can you advise me?

where would that be ? I leave outside US. More specific, in Europe. Do you think I could get a cheaper one over here too ?

Also, do you know anything about it's compiling standards (i.e. EURO2) ?
