Help with Build Sheet question about suspension on 5.9

Hey guys...got my build sheet, and trying to decipher if I have the Up-Country suspension. I measured from the center of the tire to the fender, and it was 18.25" for the front, and 19" for the rear. I have all the skid plates (ADLP Skid Plate Group), tow group (AHX Trailer Tow Group IV) (AWN Skid Plate/Tow Hook Group) and front tow hooks as well. My tires are the 225/70/16's. However...my build sheet says: SDAS Normal Duty Suspension.
I need shocks, but don't know if I have the Up Country suspension or not. I have read that sometimes the build sheets have the wrong information contained in them. I have also read that on all '98 5.9L...the Up Country suspension was not available. Is this true?
Can someone please help me out...I would really appreciate it.
Thanks a lot!

Hey guys...I found a tag on one of the front springs. Cant believe it is original, so the springs may have been replaced...but it reads: FN 5208 8362.
Is this any help?
