Help, 99 WJ Binding and popping when turning sharply
I just bought a 99 WJ Limited 4x4 a few weeks ago it has 117,000. I replaced a front caliper that was sticking, and released the E brakes manually, had to pound the rotors off.
Anyways, it binds a alot and pops when making sharp turns, would friction modifier be the answer to this due to the limited slip?
Second Problem - The Jeep groans load at around 20mph and gets louder with speed. I've had it on jacks with all the calipers and rotors off and it still does this. Would this possibly be pinion bearings, outer axle bearings, or something else?
I just want to see what other people with problems like this did to remedy it.
Also For Sale - Matching pair of Dana 44 axles off a 1986 grand wagoneer, stock gears, dont know if its limited slip or not. $800 PM me

Front axle u-joints. Most likely the cause of both issues.

WJ's don't have u-joint front axle shafts (unfortunately), and if he broke his cv axle joint he'd be getting so much noise he probably wouldn't go more than a few feet.
And related to that, LOL, about those waggy axles... and idea what the WMS/WMS measurement is?

WMS is about 61" front and 59" rear
