Heater control unit malfunction

Hi, i had to replace my heater control unit recently and during the install i heard a hissing sound and when i'd finished the fans wont turn on which wasn't a problem before.
Does anyone know how to fix it or whats wrong

Unplug the blower motor resistor connection and look at it and pull the heater/dash harness apart and check it out too.
