Heater/Aircon Airflow Problem

Hello All

I posted a previous problem & got a response(Thanks!), but to be honest was not a 100% certain where to look, see below has any one else any more ideas or advice.

I wonder if any one can help,On my 2001 4.0 G Cherokee the heaters/aircon fan works but there is allmost no air flow from any vents. This is not the dreaded "Blended Door" problem is it as the temperature on all vents seems the same

Do you have air flow from the defrosters or from the floor vents? It sounds like the diverter door is stuck, it works off of vacuum so you might want to check the vac lines in and around the engine compartment.

PS It does appear to be the top air vents only
