Heate hose measurement

Anyone tell me please the inside diameter of the hoses that run from the heater core? Cant get the prestone flush kit over here or an equivalent so thinking of making my own by sweating up come copper pipe joints and splicing it into the hose. Metric would be good as we dont have imperial here anymore :-(
