Headlights Question

Regular lights on, only one works. Hi-beams up, they both work. What's the deal?

There is two separate filaments inside a single bulb system. One does HiGH one does LOW. The one with only one working needs to be replaced.

If changing it doesnt fix it, could possibly be a screwed up plug or wire
