hard gas pedal, TV cable

so i recently replaced my TV cable. now, i bought the jeep in october, drove it 10 miles, then ripped it apart and just finished it 2 weeks ago, so i dont really know what the pedal is suppossed to feel like. i had the pan off, and everything looked fine and the lever was easy to pull, also the cable is properly adjusted. ive tried everything i can think of. is it just suppossed to be this hard to push?

Do you have the cable routed the proper way on the TB linkage? If it's not it will make it hard to push. That happened to a buddy after he had the cables unclipped from the TB.
