Gumout?

Today I poured a container of GumOut All-In-One into my 1996 GC thinking I was doing something good. But I read some reviews online and it sounds like I'm risking damaging my engine? Is it OK to use GumOut? The oil was just changed about 50 miles ago, should I install a new oil filter after I run through this tank of gas?

You should be okay, but I don't recommend ever adding ANY kind of additive to fuel or oil. It's really just a bad idea.

You'll be fine, I just wouldn't do it again.

Why did you have gum in your tank anyways?
