Thanks, I came across that website earlier, they have a kit for the 249, but nothing for the 247.

Maybe I can give them a call though.

A guy on JU pointed me towards this kit:

I'm going to crack the case open this weekend, and if everything else looks okay, I'm going to pick up that kit.

You can tell if the chain is stretched by laying the chain on a flat surface . The outside of the chain should be tight against the other links OO if there are gaps your chain is stretched . The silent chains stretch rather easily after being heated up. Under moderate to heavy acceleration the chain will slip and pop and it will feel like it is coming from the front DS.

That kit might be ok but I would do business with anyone that only accepts money orders. You would have a very very hard time getting your money back it something wasn't right. IMO I would run away from that fast.

Yeah, I've already drained and refilled with it.

When I drained it, some type of ATF came out...
