Got my LED's installed!!!

Finally switched out the ugly stock green lights in my gauge console and the ring around the ignition today, now it's all lit up in a sweet looking BLUE. Actually ordered one bulb to few, and wasn't able to put them in the shifter, but I'll get that eventually. But for now, I'm very happy with the way they turned out! I was also going to replace the ones in the climate control, but the bulbs I got didn't match up....

Got the bulbs for SuperBrightLEDs, ordered 8 of the T13-x6, and 4 of the 74-xHP.

All finished, in person it doesn't have all the bright and dim spots, its very uniform!

If anybody could tell me what the correct lights for the climate control are, I would appreciate it. I got all my numbers from:OSRAM SYLVANIA - Replacement Guide - Start

Looks good. You should've pulled the ABS bulb out while you were in there Well, it looks like the ABS light but the pic is too blurry to tell.

Looks good, this is on my definite to-do list. How much did it run you for all of them?

My ABS light stays on all the time now for some reason. I'd like to figure out what's pissin it off, but just ignore it for now...

Great project and it turned out nicely. I still see bright and dim spots though...the speedometer at 40-50mph, and near the 1000-1500rpm range.

You gave us how many of each you ordered, but also mentioned not having ordered enough and being 1 bulb short. Which bulb number were you short, T13-x6 or the 74-xHP?

Much appreciated.

Yeah, I didn't think about that, it is the ABS light. Got a bad speed sensor that I haven't got around to replacing so thats why its on...

The total was right around $35 plus tax.

I was 1 short on the T13-x6, I read that the console only needed 7 but when I pulled it out there were 8. And like I mentioned earlier, the bright and dim spots dont really show in real life, my camera makes them way more visible.

The install was kind of a PITA, but the result makes it all worth it!

That looks sweet. I want to do the same thing sometime. Did you have any trouble figuring out the correct way to put the LEDs in?

I'll probably pull the ABS tomorrow since I haven't laid the dash back on yet...

The lights are polarized so they can only go in one way, the only way I know of to get it right is to test it, and flip the ones that dont light.
