Got my build sheet now I have questions

I just got my build sheet. I have Quadra-Trac. It says I have a Dana 35c with 3.73 gears. Is that good? I think that means I have open differentials? It also says I have a tow package. What exactly does that involve? Is there an advantage to have the open diff or change to LSD. I don't do much wheelin. Is there another T/C that I can swap in that gives me full time 4WD without changing drive shafts? I want to try to build it up a little bit but I'm not gonna be doing crazy sh*t on trails or mud bogging. Is there a newer version of the 249 T/C out of a different Jeep that's more reliable? I like the all time 4WD but I don't like the VC problems that I either have or will have.

Tow prep package would be 3.73 gears, an aux tranny cooler, and pre-wired (to the rear hatch area) for trailer lights.

My condolences on finding out about the 35C...
