even with 30" tires and no lift, my speedo is off by several miles per hour. it seems to be relative to how fast im going. under 20mph, and theres no difference, but at 75mph, its approx. 5mph hour difference. doesnt sound like much, but if you get pulled over and you think youre doing 75 in a 65 and youre really doing 80, it makes a difference then.

my gps software (garmin) includes a real time mph measurement and since the new (bigger tires), there is definitely a difference between what the speedo SAYS and my actual speed.
