General Lifting Questions, Help

hey everybody,

i've been searching around on the site and everything and i have looked into everything i can find about my 1993 zj limited. i am putting on a 2 inch RE budget boost and 15" cragar soft 8s with 31" BFG T/A Tires. I've seen tons of information about what i need done after the lift and what i have to worry about, but i just want to reafirm all of this with all of you. Are there any other parts i am going to need to buy and what else am i going to need to do once i put on all of this stuff to make my jeep run well?, my main concern is the spedometer correction which i dont know much about as well as many other things that i need. please advise?

thank you so much and sorry to bother everyone with so many questions,
cory

With 31's you speedometer will not be affected that much if at all. With a BB shocks would be nice but not required.

the RE budget boost comes with 4 new shocks, and how many mph off are we talking for the spedometer?

ok so all i have to do after i put on the lift and the new tires is get the car aligned, nothing else at all?, my car steers to the right right now and i couldnt figure out what the problem was, i heard it might be the brakes so im probably gonna buy new drilled/slotted rotors, new pads, and new calipers, is there anything else?

is it consistent off or is it random though, like if i was to use my gps to see what speed was what on the car would that always apply, and btw i was changing my mind about the tires, i want 31x10.5 wrangler mt/rs, are those good, from what i hear they are really good

If I were you, Id use my positioning device to set up a known point and then travel approx. 1 mile down the road at a consistent rate of speed and then create another known point before you install your lift. That way you can go back and travel the distance where the satellites tracked you at the same speed you did earlier and then compare.
Or you can quit trying to impress us with stories of gps units used to calculate the speed difference in a 2 inch budget boost.

I know my MT/R's are only 1 inch bigger, but I wouldn't pay the huge amount of money for them in 31's. The only reason I'm using them is because I got a killer deal on them used.
