I SO want 3.42's for mine, it's a A4. I'm rockin' 2.73's right now.

And I have the same problem, there are things I want to do to the Bird, but the money keeps going to the Jeep.

It's tough...it must be like a parent trying to pick which kid they like best, lol.

Thanks for the offer. Will you be selling the whole carrier, or just the gears? I have a 2 series carrier, so I'd need that too.

I'm actually trying to find a whole rear out of a M6 car, I'd rather just swap the whole rear so I can do it myself as opposed to paying someone to do the gear swap.

An sounds like you have an open diff. With a LTD slip, the should both turn in the same direction when you spin one.

Still never got a chance to call Randy's R&P or CCOR... And I dropped the ball with Rugermack that was my fault. Work has been consuming me..

And now I think I have a bad pinion bearing (rear) going out. All the more to make me gets 4.10s now..

I need to find a carrier for the front that accepts 3.73s and higher.. Anyone know of anyone selling one?

High pinion gears are reverse cut, they are not compatable with a low pinion axle.

high pinion axles ovver more strength on the housing under heavy load, and they offer better ground clearence...

you have a LP30 aka low pinion 30.
