gauges going wack! windows wont work and gauges dont work

first off thanks for looking! so bought 1998 jeep grand Cherokee 5.2 4x4
about 2 and half weeks ago my second ZJ and now the gauge cluster goes to 0 on everything then shoots back up to normal then just keeps doing it and the windows wont work when its doing it any advice thanks please help nick

Does it start? Are the connections on your battery terminal clean? My jeep did similar things once when i had corroded terminals and wasn't getting a very good connection.
