Front turn popping/play found!

finally got the jeep home from school to take a look at it. I posted anther thread on how everythime i turn theres a popping noise no matter which was and sometimes it can be at a higher intensity than others. I first thought it was my sway bar but it was not. I could move the wheel bak n forth while stopped and here it slightly. So i got my mom to move the wheel while i looked for anything with play in it under the front. Came to be that the axle side track bar was moving bak n forth when the wheels were turned. I replaced it last summer and used a grade 2 bolt because it was the only thing i had avaiable at the time (sunday bolt shop closed). I hope to god its not ovaled out, but there was definitely play. And i hope this is the problem... Also another thing, it sucks when the brake puds wear holes in the knuckles.

ok so took it off today to find out that the axle side holes are ovaled out and enlarged.... The bolt was also very loose for some reason when i know for a fact i cranked on it when i put it on there. So i was thinking about different ideas to fix this since it cannot have any play. Simply drill out the holes and bushing with a 7/16. Weld a plate on the front and then tighten the bolt and weld the head of the bolt so it won't move. Any other ideas or common fixes? I wish i could weld something to the back hole but as you all know its virtually impossible to even get a bolt up there.

NVM, read what you said wrong. but if you have a welder you could weld a washer on.
