front tow points

I've got a 04 special edition and I was wondering where the best (safest) location on the front would be to have tow straps hooked up to if needed. I don't have tow hooks.

Best place to put a tow strap is on a tow hook. There is no other good alternative.

axle is next best place but that can bring probs...

I've looked at other jeeps with tow hooks and my front bumper looks different since it's a Special Edition. With my bumper I don't understand how I can install tow hooks. Any with a Special Edition have aftermarket tow hooks installed?

Check out www.wjjeeps.com - it connects the EXACT same way it attaches to any other WJ model.

The tow hooks are cheap insurance. Get them and install them.
Follow the link. get them form Kevin, or call the stelaership and order from them, tell them you can get them for $80 and they may match that. (usually $110 at local dealer here)
