Front left coil spring noise when compressed

I went on an off road trail ride this weekend and noticed that when I am stuffing the left front the coil spring makes noise as if it is rubbing something.

I see no marks where anything has touched. Never had this noise before.

Stats are 5" Rubicon Express coils, IRO HD track bar, RE lower control arms, Iron ma fab uppers.

My left front spring rubs on the track bar bracket. No big deal.

This is not shock noise. It is coil spring. I have no sway bar.

I believe this is what it has to be but it sure isn't leaving any marks yet. Maybe not a big deal but it drives me nuts.

Ahhh yes, and I would do that, but I sunk my Jeep this weekend and ruined my Kicker amp.

Looks like mine rub the bump stop extension tube sometimes, might look at those for rub spots.
