Front Fender Liners

This is more a question aimed towards the trimmed guys. What do you do about your fender liners? Mine unfortunately came loose from the fender and rubbed completely off on a long trip back from a wheeling weekend. Aside from dirt and water just gettting thrown into my washer bottle and fog lights, anything else I should be afraid of?

^ same here. You'l get some more mud in there but it saves the hassle of having to trim.

mine are long gone, just keep an eye on the door hinges, keep them greased. actually if i remember right, WJs have foam or something in there. you could always fill the gaps with expanding foam and not even have to worry about the hinges.

Lol and the front and rear bumpers, plastic rocker panels, all the stock suspension, and gave away my 5.9 wheels and tires.

I'm getting my cladding from KOR whenever they finish making it.

sandman, my new 5.9 roof rack is getting shipped out this way tomorrow. It's starting to look like a real 5.9 again.

I did the opposite... trashed first, then took them off

Depending on how nice your rig is and whether you're married, you will notice more road noise with them gone. An alternative would be, keep a supply of retainer clips and zip ties, tuck the bottom of the FL up to where you trimmed the bumper, and fasten it however you can.

I trimmed off most of the front where it attaches so I found a hole in the top and ran some zip ties it worked well and I dont have to worry about too much mud.
