front differential

Ok so i am new to this and bout a zj last week. I took it to pep boys and they said it is a front diff problem. When i start to accelerate the front axle makes a little rumble. And i noticed one of the tires is more worn on the right where the steering wheel pulls. Also this problem is only in 2wd. Can i keep driving with this. Because everything still seems to be working. Thank you!

Welcome to the forum. It would be a great help if you fill out the info on your profile about your jeep.
It will help the members of this forum to help you out.
I would try to narrow down the problem to a smaller area than just the front end in 4wd. it could be a u-joint. a baring or anything really.

If you send in the required info to chrysler through this site it will help you find out what your jeep was equipped with from the factory
