I looked at Kevins Rad. Support/ tow hook mounts online. I'm also looking at front receiver mounts to use for various attachments, bike rack, fishing rod rack in addition to tow hooks or winch.

I noticed that you trimmed your fender flares. What did you do about the back flares?
What did you use to trim them?

That's an ARB. Great bumper, that's what I've got. Though very heavy and expensive. I've used D-Rings through the holes (Toward the bottom) to pull and be pulled, plenty of times. Installing a winch soon. It's also hit a few rocks and trees (low speeds, wheeling).

To make it easy, i found a guy who cut all the pieces for the front bumper with a cnc plasma table ( i think thats what it is called) and just had to put the pieces together. I made some changes, like raised the bumper 1/2 inch to fill in the gap between grill and bumper.

A guy my dad works with is going to cut mine out on a plasma table. All need is the steal and buy him a case of beer.

I just finished building the same bumper! Flatland make great plans, but with NO instruction. Once we got the main large pieces on , it was like a Chinese puzzle. But it came out great and I get tons of compliments. I'll try to post a picture, but I can never get it to download

Did you use plans from somewhere, or your own design?
