Front ball joints replacement!!!! Help

How hard is it to replace Front Ball joints? do they need any special tool? do they need to be Machine Pressed? is this something that unexperienced somebody like me can do? or i need to take it to the shop?

just go to autozone and rent a ball joint press... that's all you need

Do you have a decent set of tools? It's really not that hard to do. You rent a ball joint press at any parts store to do it.

Remove axle nut
Remove tire
Remove rotor/caliper
Remove tie rod
Remove wheel bearing hub/axle
Use BFH to pound off knuckle
Use press to remove/install ball joints

It takes a few hours if it's your first time. A shop will charge you a few hundred dollars easy.

Be very careful if the rented press does not have adapters specifically designed for Jeep axles (and most don't) or else you can easily press them in at an angle and ruin the outer axle C.

There are Jeep balljoint replacement videos on YT where they've used washers as shims to replicate the angled adapter. That could be a solution. Personally, I just ponied up to buy a proper adapter kit.

You don't even have to remove the tie rod end if you're careful and prop up the steering knuckle so it doesn't fall down

Did mine last month with the Autozone balljoint press. They did not have the one with the angled adaptors for Jeeps. I used a piece of old fence post that I cut up into various angled pieces with a sawzall and used the one that worked best.

Without the angled adapters the job is a pain, the adapters make it much easier.
