Found a factory 5spd ZJ for $650

It's in rough shape but I was just wondering if it would be worth picking up, based on rarity. http://flint.craigslist.org/cto/3894968138.html

Why would you ever want a manual ZJ?!

You sure it's a 1999? The headlights/front end look like a ZJ to me, not a WJ.

All three ZJs I go out wheeling with, and mine, never seem to do bad.

Id buy. Even just for parts/part out. Talk him down a bit and you're set.

But I also like cheap vehicles to fix and drive.

Buy it

Honestly the inside just looks dirty and you can literally replace everything but the frame from a junkyard jeep
You can restore it and sell it for a premium on here

Yeah I know quite well that it's not a '99. Probably a '93. I just might buy it, but I honestly don't have room for it at my house. I've honestly never seen one in person before so it's really tempting.

That's got to be a 93-95. They're the only ones available with a manual transmission from the factory. I'd be all over that thing just because I like manual transmissions. Especially behind a 4.0L
