I am still trying to figure out what the easiest method is, appears to be a lot of different options for what electronics are used to control the fan. Jegs and Summit also have a lot of controllers but I don't know what the best bet would be going that route, anyone purchase a controller setup from them and if so, what one?

Thanks,

Blake
The volvo relay is 9442933 , bmw temp switch is 61311378073 .

Yep, part numbers are correct. I found both very quickly in the JY.

For simplicity (a good thing IMO) the volvo setup is very nice. It emulates the way the original niner fan was controlled pretty well. The BMW thermoswitch is much more reliable (if you get a real one) than a lot of the temp sensors used by the electronic controllers.

Thanks guys! Will the BMW switch turn the fan on high at a certain temp or do you need 2 switches?

The BMW switch is two switches in one. Low speed at around 203* and high speed a little over 212*.
