Most ZJ transmissions take ATF+4. There are exceptions, ie the AX-15 and the AW4.

Diff fluid, use whatever you think you need. I usually put in 75w140 synth, but I have a large bucket of it. You can get away with 80w90.

Also, when you post a question, put up the stats of the jeep. It'll help you get better answers.
