flat towing bracket question

want to tow my ZJ just once in a while, not wanting to spend big bucks on blue ox type deal, does someone make a bracket that bolts in place of the front tow hooks? tomkin has brackets listed but there picture is not that great, also would that be strong enough, only 2 bolts holding the hooks in place.

thanks in advance

Well there is this thing, I think we talked about a little on my thread, it was for towing behind a camper. I will be trying to get it off tomorrow hopefully.
