Flasher location for a '94 ZJ

So, my blinkers and emergency flashers just quit working. After some looking around I found the location for the flasher. It is under the glove box; remove everything from the glove box and remove the three screws holding the bottom panel on. There are four relays there and the flasher is the one in the upper right corner.

Not to bring back an old thread, but I have been searching for a minute now, and this is the only post that I've found that gives me hope... Is the flasher the one I circled in this pic?

Correct.

For 95...

A = Vehicle Theft Alarm
B = Horn
C = Door Lock
D = Door Unlock
E = (unused)
F = (unused)
G = Power Antenna
H = Heated Rear Window
J = Electronic Flasher
K = Illuminated Entry

If that is the flasher and I replaced it and my hazards light up but do not blink and my signals still don't work then what else could the problem be...is there another fuse for the signals and hazards besides the one in the fuse panel on the passengers side when you open the door?
