fitting 37" tires in a Grand Cherko Laredo...

I need to fit 5 of them in while having a friend in the passenger's seat...

is this possible? the tires measure 37" x 12.5" x 15 and count five in number...

I was going to put the back seat down and place three side by side vertically like this III and the other two on top of each other in the back trunk like this = ....

think it would fit?

If you want to scare the other drivers, take a few ratchet straps and "secure" one tire on top of your roof rack. That will free up some room for some beer and your friend.

Your best option would be to fit four inside diagnal two stacked on top of each other and then the 5th on the roof strapped to the cross rails if possible, don't see much way to fir 37's in there like that, I had a tough time fitting 5 32's and rims in mine. Good Luck

If its illegal, Ive never been pulled over for it. I only have a 31", so it barely fits from to side to side and lengthwise, its fine. Still, ppl. usually dont follow me on the interstate.

alright, I do not mind getting pulled over with a warning...but I would hate to see it fall off and cause further issues...ugh...that sounds really bad already...

thanks for the help... one more question, anyone try strapping two on the top? I think I'm really pushing my luck here now...but I tjhought I'd ask :

How far's the drive? You might make two trip's or now that I think about it you could always do the front to back slanted thing. lay the first on over on the back of the driver and passenger seat and then slant the rest on each other and see if they will fit.

(side view)

#\\\\\|

# - front seat
\ - tires
| - rear hatch

crude illistration, but that may be your best bet.

Ditch the rear seats altogether to eke out some extra space...

They'll fit. I'd start by laying them down and seeing how many maybe three or four in the back and one on top. Shouldn't be a big deal. I was getting ready to tell you how to lift and trim for 37s.

It should net you another 8 to 10 inches.
