Firing trouble

I am having trouble with my jeep starting. It cranks sometimes and sometimes it won't. I have put new spark plugs and spark plug wires on it. A new rotor button was add and coil and a new CPS. It still continues to do the same thing. I have checked all grounds and they are fine. I'm stumped can anyone help?

Maybe it's a fuel issue? Are you 100% you're getting fire to the plugs?
