Finishing up lift questions
hey guys, im almost there with my claytons front kit and 4.5 kit
my problem right now is i cannot unscrew the brakeline on the front passenger side to put on the extended lines everytime i try to get a wrench on it it just strips it more, ive hit it with pb blaster many times and it has sat overnight what do i do now??? once i get this line on i can go to the shop and get the crossmember welded and put the arms on and take her in for an alignment

From your picture, it looks like the bracket is attached with a torx bolt. Can you remove it so you can lower the bracket to get a better angle of attack on the cable?

Get a special brake line wrench. They are designed to grip more of the nut then a regular open ended wrench.

Muhahaha... those things are EEEEVVILLLLL!!!! yes you need to get a wrench for the brake line.. theres a special wrench for a reason... it should still work after you screwed it up a little.. You know if you take it to a shop they'll charge you double for screwing it up...

If all else fails unhook the other end and just make a new brakeline. |

alright thanks
i figured id need some special tool like that, funny thing is the other side unscrewed without any trouble whatsoever ill post back if i have any more problems with the little bugger
