Finally finishing the WJ sound

After about a month of waiting, my fiberglass box is coming back from the upholsterer. I built a 12 inch sub into one of the rear panels firing towrads the rear. I am using a Visonik V126S4 sub rated at 600w max. My amp is a Hifonics Warrior Merlin. Here are some pics of the sub and amp, I will post pics of the box when it comes back tomorrow or friday.

When you get all the parts installed and pics finished, post this again in the electronics/ audio section.

That is going to be so very nice.

Alright of course the pics of the box won't happen today. The damn guy has had it for a month and still hasn't finsihed it. He said it would be done at lunch today so I waited till this afternoon. I just went down there and he said he didn't have any needles. That figures If you live in the New Orleans area never go to Normans Upholstery, they take damn forever.

Good, i hate when companies do -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= liek that...thats why I have them write on the invoice a date it will be done, nad if its not i raise hell. Im always ona schedule...specially when i get back from deployment with my interior and stuff getting done. But the shops i go to are normally pretty good about it.

This thread is useless without pics by the way...adn pics of hte box no wires

I should have taken pics of the box when I was building it with my real camera, I used my phone and its pics are worse than these. Now I'm having trouble getting my amp from my vendor, I think they are giving me a MA Audio M1889i instead .

I put Black inserts in the midle of the seats nad fron of the headrests, and prolly jeep inlaid across the back seat. I did it to my talk and it was near 700 for leather.....But im more on the show side, and actually go to them.
You will be happy with the MA Audio amp...which one is it? wahts the wattage on it? I had a 800 watt mono block and 400 watt 2 in my tlaon

Its an 800 watt monoblock with a 20-50hz filter http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=14737and up to 250hz response

I have been talking to customer service because the Hifonics amp I wanted is sold out so they are going to replace the Hifonics with the MA unit I think, the last email I got back was "Ok thanks." So hopefully thats a yes, we will be shipping your amp tomorrow.

good thing, while an excellent unit, those HiFonics amps draw huge amounts of power.
