Fender flares

I just bought my jeep
It has a 4" lift and 33" toyo open country tires on it and jiffy lube said I need fender flares on it. Does anyone know of some cheep rubber fender flares I plan on buying some bushwhackers but I just need some rubber ones so it can pass safety. inspection

i think i have heard guys using lawn edging to use as flares for their safety inspections.
