Feels like my tires comin off

So a while back I wanna say i jumped my jeep and it took a nose dive, the jump wasnt intentional haha. Anyways nothing seemed to be wrong with it, i took it off roading in the mud and every sense than my cars been acting up. Bout a month ago when i took it in the mud the shaking happened twice. Now its starting to get worse and happening on the freeways and the streets and is realy started to scare me.

**what it feels like** the front passenger side tire starts to shake really bad that it feels like my coil is gonna pop right out and my tires gonna come off. it gets to the point where i have to drive it off or slow down to almost a stop so the shaking stops. And the shaking is nothing like those death wobble things, the whole car shakes and the steering wheel has a vibration in it...

So here are some pictures, i had noticed this when i was putting my lift on...

*note* this is the front passenger tire. I am not to sure what this piece is called so if someone can help me out please do.

could that bent piece there be causing the horrible shake?

AND...

My baby is startin to leak pretty bad and donno where its comin from.

I'd say your oil filter would be a good place to look...try tightening it, its probably lose.

Wash it, you have mud in the tires causing a imbalance. If thats it then look for messedup bushings in ca/trackbar. Trackbar usually #1 cause of deathwobble. I can't tell if what you're describing is a imbalance or deathwobble.

I'd get that bearing checked out it looks loose and posibly replace the bushing. Looks like you might have a leak from the oil sender.....But i'm a noob so i'm probably wrong. good luck

Your tie rod end looks ok to me, it's probably towards the end of its days, but its not causing this problem. It suppose to be bent like that and have play front to back, does it have play side to side? It should not...but you should be able to twist it so it comes fowards/backward.....

Takea picture of your track bar bushing/CA bushings. Clean up under there real good, you'd be shocked what kind of carnage mud will wreak.

The leak may be coming from the oil filter adapter O-rings. Give it a good cleaning and watch to see exactly where it's coming from. Refer to the link below if it's the adapter.

a filter is only around $6. just change it and put the new one on good.
If it's still leaking, then you can hassle with pulling the adapter off. (from what i understand its a pain.)
