Sorry guys, forgot to come back and update. Have put in a fan shroud and have had time to go back to the same area I went before when she overheated on me. She has done fine since then. The temps still creep up, but hasn't gone too much above 210.

Just as a sidenote, I was replacing my wp and figured what the hey the clutch is the original I'll replace it. Went to pep boils and the sold me a "heavy duty" fan clutch. It was a Hayden. Put the thing in and the zj actually ran hotter especially when running the A/C at a light. Put my old one back in and its a steady 210 like always with or without A/C.
