Factory wheels

I recently purchased 96 ZJ it has some pretty good looking factory aluminum rims, kind of a slot.
Over the years I've aligned alot of jeeps with factory wheels to 24" aftermarket wheels.
Mine appear to have quite a bit of positive offset, or stick out. Were most jeep rims seem to have negative backspace.
Do some year jeeps have a more desirable wheel?
I had one come in a few weeks ago, aftermarket wheels, spacers all the way around, and both front hub bearings were shot. So of course I couldn't do an alignment. But I kind of wondered if that setup wore the bearings quicker. I think it had 31 or 33s on it.

Pics. Might not be factory.

Stock back spacing is around 5.25"

Less back spacing puts more stress on the bearings.

I would think neutral is best. Plus or minus an inch. Though I've got a Dart I've run 9s in. 10.5 rim negative 6.5 backspace Dot tire, all under the wheelwell.
