Exhaust snapped- is this what I need?

So my exhaust snapped just in front of the cat and I need to get it fixed because WOW it's loud. I have been looking online and I think I found all the parts I need but would like some input to make sure.

I know I need an O2 sensor as well but mainly worried about getting the steel together at this piont. Am I missing anything? I think I need a cat-pipe but can't find one. Also, any sugguestions on where I can get better deals or prices would be great.

THANKS!

I would try emailing www.kolak@aol.com and asking him for prices on his exhaust set up. He is good to do business with and gets great prices.

Can you, or anyone, give me some additional information on this person/shop?

I have been buying stuff from him for the last ten years. He is a vendor. His name is Nick. Email him about the exhaust and he will send you a price and parts list.
