I think the ZJ is more capable of recovering H2s. It has a recovery point.

Factory trailer hitch would help

get the factory trailer hitch and for the front I'd recommend getting the kit from rusty's:

Can I hunt down a factory hitch pretty easy?

Rusty's kit doesn't really have many advantages over the factory hooks. WJ recovery points are pretty limited without getting new bumpers.

Depends on what you're willing to pay:

You can go aftermarket cheaper, but they don't tuck up near as nice. Personally, I found a used MOPAR one but it took some pretty solid searching. You also have to buy a wiring harness if you plan to tow, and if you go MOPAR you'll need an installation bezel (~$60)

Isn't there a factory rear tow hook? That should be cheaper and easier to install than a hitch.

Yah, $65. IMO I'd invest in the hitch. For one you have a recovery point and you can also tow something if the need arises.
