ever have one of them weeks?

first, decided to "fix" the parking brake... took about 4 days to finally get it to actually work.

but in between this i did the rear brakes but i had to buy new lugs for the wheels... problem i have now it i think i goofed and got sold the wrong ones i didn't really put much thought into it at the time because of how frustrating the stuck lug nuts were making me.
the chrome caps on all mine broke off while i was trying to remove the lugs. i see that bulge acorn is the style that came on it and they are bulge acorn 1/2-20, so i decided to buy acorn 1/2-20, the 3 of the four packs that auto zone carries...
get them to the garage to switch them out they said nothing about the lug nuts, get home to finish my work and realize that the lugs i purchased are not the same as what was on the jeep.

they are these style, so will it hurt it till i get around to ordering the correct lug nuts? right now i am not driving it due to the PA inspection having run out anyway

If the treads and the the contact cone at the end are the same, then they will work.
