Engine swap today.

I'm putting a 95 ZJ 4.0 into my 97 ZJ today. Any differences I need to be aware of?

Why would the electronics matter? The intake manifold and the distributor can be used from the 97, and that's where the electronics all interface with the engine. Or is this wrong?

Okay thanks everyone. I'm obviously not very good with cars I'm only 19 and just trying to learn. I got the good engine pulled and a mechanic buddy of mine said he would pull the other one and put the good one in for $300 so I think I'm gonna leave it to the experts. After that I'll still only have $800 in it and its a good looking jeep. I'll post pictures when I get it back. Should be about a week from now.
