Engine swap in my 95 laredo

Heres the deal, My 95 laredo is not in the best of health. Many times i've checked it with shops and stuff and no idea y its gimping out on me prob cuz its got over 140k on it. Same with the tranny. Question is i've seen the 4.2 liters they got out of some wrangler for real cheap and very few miles one them and wondering do they bolt right up? I want to save this jeep form selling it cuz its a rig i can beat the crap outa off road. What should i do for and easy cheap engine and tranny swap?

You really need to post this question over at JU. Especially in the speed freaks thread. They can answer this really easily.
