Engine Code help- Code 11
Hello,
I am having the stalling problem that seems very popular around here. I looked in other posts and saw that the Crankshaft Position Sensor seemed to not be much help most of the time. I have did the "on/Off" method to get my codes and here is what I have: 12 11 11 21 55 I know 12 and 55 are of no concern. 11 seems to be the CKS (CrankShaft Position Sensor) 21 seems to be a o2 sensor I just wanted to clarify before I go out and but the new CrankShaft Position Sensor. Also, any recommendation of a particular sensor? Will an AutoZone one be okay? Thanks for any help!

does it stall at idle, while driving or both?
Id definately start by replacing the cps if thats a code you retreived. You can try a $40 generic from autozone, some have luck w/ them. I tried twice w/ those and didnt work, just made the problem milder. Sprung for $114 Mopar cps & it ran perfect. |
