Engine acts like it's going to stall.

I have a '98 with the 4.0l.

When idling after driving for about 30-60 minutes, it will some times briefly shudder, and lose RPMs as if it's about to stall. I noticed it does it when the AC is on only. Is my AC putting too much strain on my engine? If so, I won't use it unless i HAVE TO.

I cleaned my throttle body, and got a new air filter as well today. I talked to my boss and his son (who are mechanics) today, and I think his son was punking me saying his wifes jeep needed a new engine put in after it started doing that. But it's not very frequent, and no lights are flashing.

Could be a sensor like the IAC or TPS.
