You should clean your Idle Air Control valve and Throttle Body. $5 can of Throttle Body cleaner and about an hour of your time, there is a write up in the FAQ. That should help the rough idle. I would also replace the TPS. It was $35 a month ago when I put one on my buddies Jeep, but when I bought mine (havent put it in yet) it was $46.99. Not sure why there was a 30% increase in price for the same exact part but still, anything under $50 is cheap on a Jeep

Try swapping the fuel pump relay and ASD relay with the horn and wiper relays.

Relays are two part devices, the coil and contacts.

The contacts often build up carbon from continuous use or overloading from faulty components, causing high current draw (resistance) at the contacts resulting in low voltage to the loads and/or intermittent contact.

The coils can also go bad either completely or intermittently.

They all eventually go bad, especially the fuel pump and ASD relays because they are continuous duty. The ASD powers the coil, O2 sensor heaters, and injectors.
