emissions

Took the ZJ in for the 2nd emissions test after failing the 1st time. It failed again after having the whole EGR system replaced. Its running high on hydro carbons. Any idea's what would cause this and how to fix it? Thanks for any info.

What temperature thermostat do you have? If you are running a 180 instead of the stock 192, the engine will run rich will produce more hydrocarbons.
