Electrical Problems

I have a question about a '94 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Apparently it was running good one day then they went to start it the next day and it would not start. The alarm relay just buzzes and clicks.
Any ideas as to how one would go about fixing this problem? Would any other information be needed to scope out the problem or does this description make anything jump out at any of you?

I have tried 3 different new batteries, same result.

I've always heard bad things about the factory alarm. Luckily I don't have one.

Can you disco it and see if that is the problem? Like pull the fuse for it?

I don't know how to disconnect it.
Where is it? What should I disconnect?
